Affiliate terms — summary

• Commission is calculated on subscription revenue only — usage overages, AI credits, VAT, and Enterprise plans are not included.
• The 8% affiliate commission applies when a colleague you personally invited directly refers a paying store — one affiliate level only, never a further chain.
• Commission is paid for up to 5 years from a store's first paid subscription payment. After that window, the store no longer generates commission even if it keeps paying.
• The program's terms can change with 60 days' notice, but only for NEW referrals. Stores already attributed to you keep their original rate.
• Payouts require a minimum $5 balance (any balance above $10 is paid out in December regardless), a 30-day hold before a commission clears, and a valid invoice.
• Referring your own store is not allowed and may result in suspension.
• If the program is discontinued, stores already attributed to you keep earning commission for 12 more months from the announcement.
• You are not a representative of Brainerce and may not make commitments or quote prices/SLAs on our behalf.
• No advertising on the word "Brainerce" or its variations, and no misleading domains.
